Promotions within The Attorney General’s Public International Law Panel

Chambers is delighted to announce that members of Blackstone Chambers have been promoted within The Attorney General’s Public International Law Panel.
Paul Luckhurst has been promoted to the Public International Law A Panel of Counsel, and George Molyneaux has been promoted to the Public International Law B Panel of Counsel.
The appointments will take effect on 1 January 2026 for a period of five years.
Members of the panels advise the government on matters of public international law and undertake cases involving public international law in international courts and in the courts of the UK.
