On 12th October, Mr Justice David Waksman handed down a major High Court judgment, following an expedited trial, concerned with the issue as to which firm of solicitors is now instructed to represent a large proportion of the individual Claimants in the well-known Mariana litigation. The court ruled in favour of the law firm PGMBM.
