Manchester City FC v Premier League

Lord Pannick QC acted for the Club in its unsuccessful challenge to the Premier League’s dispute resolution system in the Commercial Court and Court of Appeal, and in the underlying arbitration. Adam Lewis QC and Andrew Hunter QC acted for the League.
