ICJ Advisory Opinion on Obligations of States in respect of Climate Change

On 2nd to 13th December, the International Court of Justice held public hearings in connection with its Advisory Opinion on the Obligations of States in respect of Climate Change. During the hearings, 96 States and 11 international organisations presented oral statements.

Jason Pobjoy represented The United Kingdom in the proceedings, led by the Attorney General.
