FDA v Prime Minister

The case was heard by a Divisional Court of Lord Justice Lewis and Mrs Justice Steyn DBE. In summary, the Judges held that whilst the claim was justiciable, the Prime Minister had not misdirected himself as to the meaning of “bullying”.
