Claimants in the Royal Mail Group Litigation v Royal Mail

On 23 January 2020 Mr Justice Mann handed down judgment on some 15 preliminary issues in the above case, finding on all contested issues in favour of Royal Mail. The judgment contains significant rulings on duties owed to postal users by RM in contract, tort and under statute, and addresses limitation periods and whether duties are continuing duties in respect of each.
