This was a case concerning the civil arrest of the ARA Libertad, an Argentine warship, at the behest of NML Capital Ltd., suing to enforce a New York judgment regarding defaulted Argentine bonds.  Maurice Mendelson QC provided an expert opinion to the Ghana Supreme Court.
