HM Treasury Review on Enforcement

Charles Flint QC was instructed to advise HM Treasury on the Review of enforcement decision-making at the financial services regulators. The final report was published on 18th December 2014. Among the recommendations was that the PRA should establish a functionally independent decision-making committee, similar to the Regulatory Decisions Committee of the FCA.
