Calor Gas Limited v Walsall Gas Cylinders Limited & Ors

The High Court has handed down judgment in favour of Calor Gas Limited, one of the main suppliers of liquefied petroleum gas, in respect of various claims in fraud. The Court upheld Calor’s claims in conversion and unlawful means conspiracy, granting Calor permanent injunctive relief.
