Charlotte Kilroy is a leading public law litigator. She specialises in systemic challenges to government policies and court procedures, and in public law, tort and human rights claims by individuals and NGOs against government bodies and other institutions. 

She is experienced in a wide variety of courts and tribunals, and in a range of areas of law, including EU law, asylum and immigration, regulatory law, community care and actions against the police.  She is also expert in closed material procedures in the High Court, Special Immigration Appeals Commission and the Investigatory Powers Tribunal
